Frontiers Group Entertainment Ltda (CNPJ 41.095.832/0001-16) operates frontiers.com.br and edensfrontier.com. These Terms and the Privacy Policy explain the rules for using both websites.
1. About the websites
The Frontiers website presents the company, its projects and contact channels. The EDEN’S FRONTIER website provides information about the game, manga, images, videos and access to playtests, when available.
The game is in development. Images, mechanics, platforms, dates and demos may change. Before buying a game, ordering a service or attending an event, check the current conditions on the official page of the offer or its organizer.
Presentation materials do not replace the conditions of a particular offer or contract. Accessing a website does not, by itself, create a commitment to enter into a contract or partnership.
2. Acceptable use
Attempts to access systems or restricted areas without authorization, bypass protections, interfere with the websites, distribute malicious code, send spam, commit fraud or infringe third-party rights are prohibited.
Collecting or using any content available on the websites, whether ours or third parties’, in artificial intelligence (AI) systems is prohibited. Regular indexing by search engines and sharing public links remain permitted, without abuse or misleading attribution. This permission does not extend to AI uses.
Where access to restricted proposals is provided, credentials and links are intended only for authorized people. Access may end for security reasons, on expiry or when negotiations conclude.
3. Intellectual property
Text, artwork, characters, brands, videos, music, code, manga and other materials are protected by applicable law. Third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Their presence on the websites does not transfer those rights to Frontiers.
Reproducing, adapting, redistributing or commercially exploiting our materials requires prior authorization, except where the material expressly permits it or the law allows it, such as properly attributed quotations.
We do not authorize the use of any content available on the websites, whether ours or third parties’, in artificial intelligence (AI) systems, including training, model improvement, answer generation, reviewing, rewriting, translation, adaptation or republication. This prohibition covers both automated collection and manually submitting content to these tools.
4. Contact
Use the contact form for questions, proposals, corrections or notices concerning rights. Provide only what is needed for your request, without passwords, banking details or confidential information about others.
Submitting a message does not guarantee a contract or a response within a particular time. Abusive, fraudulent or bulk messages may be blocked.
5. External services and donations
Steam, YouTube, Google Drive, PayPal, Discord and other services accessed through the websites have their own rules. We do not control their content, availability, prices or data processing.
PayPal donations are voluntary and do not constitute a purchase or preorder of the game. By themselves, they do not entitle you to a product, reward, financial return or stake in the company. Check the conditions shown before completing the transaction. Payment questions may be directed to Frontiers and PayPal, as appropriate.
6. Availability and responsibility
The websites may experience failures, interruptions or changes. To the extent permitted by law, Frontiers is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the websites or for acts and failures of independent services. This does not exclude the company’s own responsibilities or the rights that the law guarantees to users.
7. Updates and applicable law
These Terms may change as the websites and legislation evolve. The current version and revision date appear in this document. If you disagree with any condition, you must stop using the corresponding feature.
Brazilian law applies, and disputes are handled by the legally competent courts. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable.

Frontiers Group Entertainment Ltda (CNPJ 41.095.832/0001-16) is responsible for processing personal data on frontiers.com.br and edensfrontier.com. This Policy explains that use and your rights under Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
1. Which data we use and why
Browsing the public websites does not require registration. We use:
- Contact: name, email, optional phone number, subject, message and language, to respond to and follow up on your request.
- Browsing and security: IP address, date and time, pages accessed, referral source, browser and technical logs, to deliver content, fix problems and prevent abuse. Restricted areas also use sessions and access-attempt logs.
- Audience: pages visited, device, approximate location of the visit and interactions, to understand how the websites are used.
Data may also be needed to meet legal obligations and exercise rights.
2. What stays in your browser
- Language: the
frontiers_site_language and edens_site_language cookies store the choice made in the language selector for up to one year, separately on each website.
- Restricted areas: a session cookie maintains authorized access for a limited time.
- Analytics: the
_ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 180 days, without automatically renewing on each page. Your choice to enable or disable analytics stays in local storage for up to 180 days.
You can delete these records in your browser settings. This removes saved preferences and may end access to restricted areas.
3. Google Analytics and your choices
Google Analytics is enabled by default. It measures visits and interactions such as Steam clicks, language changes, opening trailers, submitting the contact form and moving through manga pages. The contents of form messages are not sent to Analytics.
We do not use these metrics for behavioral advertising. Google Signals, User-ID, advertising features and identity linking between the two domains remain disabled.
The control below lets you disable Analytics in this browser, preventing new loads and deleting analytics cookies accessible to the website. Your choice applies to the website where you make it and does not prevent reading. If you delete the preference or it expires, analytics returns to its enabled default.
For the manga, we also count chapter openings on our own website. A random browser code prevents the same chapter from being counted again in the same session, including when you change languages. It expires after 30 minutes without reading activity, with a maximum lifetime of 24 hours. The server temporarily stores a protected version of this code; totals are stored separately, without an IP address or name. Disabling metrics with the control below also stops this counting.
4. External services and sharing
Thumbnails may come from YouTube’s servers; the trailer player opens after interaction. PayPal may load when the donation area approaches the screen. These features may transmit your IP address, browser data and referring page before you play a video or complete a donation.
Hosting, security and communication providers process data needed for their services. Form messages are forwarded by email through Google Workspace. Google Analytics, PayPal and other external services follow their own policies and may process data outside Brazil.
We do not sell personal data. Data may also be shared to meet a legal obligation, comply with a valid order from an authority or protect rights.
5. How long we keep data
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle requests, follow up on the relationship and meet obligations or exercise rights. Technical logs are kept according to operational and security needs. Sessions and temporary anti-abuse controls have limited durations.
When no longer needed, data must be deleted or anonymized, subject to legally required retention periods. Cookie lifetimes do not, by themselves, determine how long data is retained on servers.
6. Security and protection of minors
We take measures to reduce unauthorized access, loss and disclosure of data. No internet service offers absolute protection against incidents.
The use of children’s and adolescents’ data must respect their best interests. Parents and guardians can report suspected improper collection through the contact channel below.
7. Your rights and contact
You may request confirmation that your data is being used, access, correction, portability where applicable and information about sharing. You may also request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or improperly processed data, as well as deletion of data processed with consent, in the circumstances provided by law.
You can withdraw consent, learn about the consequences of refusing it, challenge improper processing and request a review of decisions based solely on automated processing that affect your interests. You may also file a complaint with the ANPD, Brazil’s data protection authority.
Send your request through the contact form, identifying the website and what you are requesting. We may verify your identity before responding. If we cannot take a requested measure, we will explain why.
8. Updates
This Policy may change as the websites, their providers or legislation evolve. The current version and revision date appear in this document.
