Do you remember the 90s and 2000s, when
games inspired generations?
EDEN’S FRONTIER seeks to reignite the essence of classics that shaped an entire generation and reached players around the world, while presenting a new experience reworked for today. As a real-time action RPG focused on direct combat and fluidity, EDEN’S FRONTIER blends anime-style HD pixel art with 3D environments. With clear influences that bring together Brazilian and Japanese cultures, the IP expands across interconnected fronts. The game features characters, races, and varied mechanics in an explorable world, as well as collectible cards and an original comic, already available and serialized.

Exploration with unique mechanics

EDEN’S FRONTIER is a game for PC and consoles currently in development by Frontiers Group Entertainment. In the 1st playable demo, you play as Blu, a small Bluveil exploring a damp and mysterious cave in his home world, where he soon discovers he may have made a terrible mistake.

In the game, core systems such as battle, movement, quests, interface, progression, and cutscenes, as well as creative 2D and 3D assets, were developed internally by the studio. The project also marks the game development debut of many team members, including its director and creator.

The game has been in development for more than a year and still has no set release date, with the intention of adding various mechanics to the game and shaping a rich, deep world for players to explore.

Core loops and engagement

Mysteries, realms, and forgotten truths

EDEN’S FRONTIER takes the player on a journey of mysteries, realms, new races, and striking characters. Along the way, forgotten truths come to light, hidden threats gain strength, and the world reveals reflections on existence, memory, and destiny.

Combat, exploration, and freedom

Action unfolds in real time, with playable characters whose abilities and progression mechanics are unique to each one. Exploration is also central: alone or in a group, the player follows different paths, events, and possibilities in a world that values discovery.

Day, night, and a changing world

There is a day and night cycle, as well as weather such as rain and fog. A clock tracks the passage of time and influences events on specific days and periods. When night falls, Eden becomes more hostile, dangerous, and challenging.

Rebuild Spiral City

Alongside Hiro, the player takes part in rebuilding Spiral City. You can restore the marketplace with consumables, cards, and equipment, and attract specialists in travel, medicine, training, research, and other areas to repopulate the city.

Cards to equip and play

Inside and outside Eden, the player encounters card-game opponents and new ways to expand their collection. Cards can be obtained through packs and other means, equipped on characters to unlock bonuses and abilities, or used in matches with exclusive decks.

Nostalgia with its own identity

EDEN’S FRONTIER seeks to recapture the soul of games from the 90s and 2000s with a modern approach. From the soundtrack to HD pixel art visuals with 3D environments, the project combines nostalgia and personality in an experience with a new identity.

A story beyond the game

The main narrative, starring Blu, Seth, and Maria, connects with a free comic that deepens immersion in this universe. In addition, the game incorporates real locations, such as the Liberdade district in São Paulo, strengthening its cultural and aesthetic connection.

Eden, the ZERO landmark of entire worlds

In this universe, Eden is a hidden place between different worlds, yet kept alive in ancient stories. For many, it seems part of a distant past tied to the origin of entire civilizations. Even so, in some worlds, Eden manifests again and triggers unexpected events. What connects these echoes of Eden to the fate of every living being in the universe?

"At Eden's frontiers, the zero landmark of entire worlds was born. Without a doubt, an impressive feat. It was at that same threshold that light came forth under darkness... Do you believe it? Some say it is legend. A legend I do not endorse. I have affinity with light, I like how it sounds... But it is time to return to the age of darkness."

Vertical-scrolling comic

The comics expand EDEN’S FRONTIER with a narrative initially focused on Hiro, adding new layers to the game's story. The first chapter is already available on the official site.

Hiro is a teenager spending what should be his last night in his home world like any other night, going to sleep after his mother's familiar "good night." But after nightmares, he wakes and realizes something strange has happened: his mother has disappeared, things no longer seem to be in their place, and a heavy atmosphere fills the surroundings.Afraid but determined to investigate, Hiro follows the clues of a strange "giant mold monster." Suddenly, he hears someone calling his name from outside. Old legends come to mind: never answer a voice if you cannot see who is calling. Hiro decides to challenge superstition and soon discovers that this place is no longer his home.
